In recent years, Hong Kong’s multicultural population has grown rapidly, recording a 52.9% increase over the past decade. Due to differences in language, culture, and living environments, many multicultural families face additional challenges in their daily lives, emotional well‑being, and ability to respond to emergencies.

To help these families live, grow, and integrate confidently in Hong Kong, this project aims to strengthen their resilience through meaningful participation and community engagement. Our goals include:

(I) Enhancing the emergency preparedness of multicultural families
(II) Promoting their physical and mental well-being
(III) Strengthening the social cohesion and connectedness of the community members with the community

We adopt a participatory approach, encouraging multicultural families to be involved throughout the entire process—from planning to implementation—to ensure that every activity responds to their real needs.
Project activities include, but are not limited to thematic workshops, social activities, home visit and building a community support network.
