Service Projects

Goals: To strengthen the community capacity in caring of the dependents

Objectives:

1. To empower the caring capacity of the domestic helpers / carers by training workshops
2. To provide referral of community resources / other supporting services from the service teams of the agency to the carers in their caring of their dependents.

Implementation Plan:

1. Connect with other NGOs or Carers Group or Domestic Helpers for recruitment
2. Assess their learning needs and develop a training workshop on first aid and health caring skills and knowledge
3. Arrange Train the trainer sessions to the trainers of these workshops
4. Conduct training to the target audience by the trained trainers
5. Liaise with other service teams of the agency for supporting service referral if appropriate. e.g. MEL, MHPSS, A+ Gerontech, etc.
6. Conduct service evaluation for further programme improvement or adjustment.

Create promotional materials to promote the programme to other carers group.
