Climate change has become a global humanitarian crisis. On one hand, climate change has caused those who rely on the natural environment for their livelihoods, such as many farmers, to lose their means of livelihood and be forced to migrate; on the other hand, extreme weather has significantly increased the frequency and severity of natural disasters.

This program aims to foster empathy among Hong Kong students and the public regarding the international climate crisis through various experiential activities, ultimately encouraging humanitarian actions to create a sustainable future.

The program offers an immersive simulation experience theatre titled 《2030·Climate Act》, allowing students to personally experience the impacts of climate change from the perspective of a climate migrant. Additionally, the program includes in-school theatre education activities, such as detective games, STEAM activities, and disaster response training.

Through a series of real experiences and stories, participants will witness the natural, economic, and social consequences brought about by climate change. This will help them understand that the climate crisis is imminent, and everyone can offer assistance regardless of their background. Furthermore, everyone can take humanitarian actions to achieve Sustainable Development Goal 13: "Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts," thereby mitigating risks.
